摘  要:文章通过实例分析了具有空间双偏转斜孔的零件数控加工的定位问题,重点研究了空间斜孔加工定位时的定位角和定向角球面法计算方法,分别采用V-球面法、H-球面法和W-球面法计算了该斜孔加工时的定位角和定向角,并且借助三维软件进行仿真分析,模拟出零件在组合夹具上的组装定位形态,证明了计算的准确性。同时,文章创新坐标转换计算法,分析研究了空间斜孔的数控对刀的计算原理与方法。最后运用课题组创新设计的可精确调节空间工位角度的组合夹具工装,在加工中心(VMC850B)上对零件实施加工,并加工出实物,验证了新工艺方案的精确性、便捷性、可靠性和可操作性。The positioning problem of NC machining for parts with spatial double deflection oblique holes is analyzed through analysis of examples,and the calculation methods of the positioning angle and orien-tation angle sphere for the machining and positioning of space oblique holes are emphatically studied.The V-sphere method,H-sphere method and W-sphere method are respectively used to calculate the positioning angle and orientation angle during the machining of the oblique hole,and with the aid of three-dimensional software,simulation analysis is carried out to simulate the assembly and positioning form of the parts on the combined fixture,which proves the accuracy of the calculation.At the same time,the coordinate conversion calculation method is innovated,and the principle and method of NC tool alignment calculation of space inclined holes are analyzed and studied.Finally,the innovatively designed combination fixture tooling that can accurately adjust the angle of the space station is used to process the parts on the machining center(VMC850B),and the real objects are obtained,which verifies the accuracy,convenience,reliability and operability of the new process scheme.
