摘　　要：“十四五”开局之年,常州旅游业高质量谋发展,积极应对新冠肺炎疫情影响,多方投入夜经济与文旅消费,高铁旅游开创区域旅游发展新格局,在省内及全国初具规模,但存在一定的问题。文章选取常州高铁旅游网络内的“点”与“轴”,构建常州高铁旅游空间结构网络体系。提出常州高铁旅游高质量发展策略:依托苏锡常都市连绵区,从旅游自循环向“旅游+”转变;利用高铁,优化常州旅游交通网络结构;发挥高铁线路优势,融入三大都市圈;发挥高铁客源优势,深度发展乡村旅游;发挥高铁安全优势,培育研学旅游基地。In the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan,the tourism industry of Changzhou seeks high-quality development,actively responding to the impact of the epidemic and investing in night economy and cultural tourism consumption in many ways.The high-speed rail tourism has created a new pattern of regio-nal tourism development,and has begun to take shape in the province and the whole country,but there are some problems.Based on the point-axis theory,Changzhou should construct a network system of tourism attraction centers at all levels,and select the“point”and“axis”within the Changzhou high-speed railway tourism network,thus building a network system of the spatial structure of Changzhou high-speed railway tourism.The high-quality development strategies of Changzhou high-speed railway tourism involve relying on the continuous urban area of Suzhou,Wuxi and Changzhou to change from tourism self-circulation to“tourism+”;optimizing the structure of Changzhou tourism transportation network by means of high-speed railway;giving full play to the advantages of high-speed rail lines to integrate into the three metropolitan areas;giving full play to the passenger source advantage of high-speed railway to develop rural tourism in depth;giving full play to the safety advantage of high-speed railway to cultivate bases for educational excursions.
