摘 要:目的:探讨护理垂直管理对临床护士工作效率及工作积极性的影响。方法:将本院2020年9月至2021年2月开展传统护理管理时的这一段时间设为传统组,并选取同期护理的患者158例。将本院2021年3月至8月开展护理垂直管理时的这一段时间设为研究组,并选取同期护理的患者161例。比较两组工作积极性、工作效率及护理差错发生率。结果:研究组医师、护士长对护士工作积极性评分及护士自评分均明显较传统组高(P<0.05),医师、护士长对护士的工作效率评分亦明显较传统组高(P<0.05);研究组护理差错发生率明显较传统组低(P<0.05)。结论:实施护理垂直管理可提高护士工作积极性、工作效率,降低其护理差错发生率。Objective:To explore the effect of vertical nursing management on the work efficiency and work enthusiasm of clinical nurses.Methods:The period of traditional nursing management from September 2020 to February 2021 in our hospital was set as the traditional group,and 158 patients were selected for the same period of nursing.The period of vertical nursing management in our hospital from March to August 2021 was selected as the study group,and 161 patients were selected from the same period of nursing.Work enthusiasm,work efficiency and incidence of nursing errors were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the traditional group,the work enthusiasm score and self-score of nurses were significantly higher in the study group(P<0.05),and the work efficiency score of nurses was significantly higher in the study group(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing errors in study group was significantly lower than that in traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vertical nursing management can improve the enthusiasm and efficiency of nurses and reduce the incidence of nursing errors.
