摘 要:随着国内外光伏发电系统的大规模推广和应用,光伏并网逆变器短路故障耐受性能关乎人身安全和系统安全,已经成为设备安全性考核最重要的指标。为了研究逆变器内部短路故障的试验方法以及短路故障对其结构工艺的影响,文中通过对光伏逆变器常规电气性能试验回路、大容量短路试验回路以及相关标准测试要求的研究分析,建立了一种光伏逆变器内部短路故障耐受性能试验方法,并通过搭建试验回路,对该测试方法进行了验证,进一步对试验结果进行了分析。结果表明:设计的试验回路能够实现逆变器内部故障短路试验要求,逆变器内部短路故障会对其结构造成严重破坏,增加保护开关会降低其破坏程度。With the large⁃scale promotion and application of photovoltaic power generation systems both at home and abroad,the short⁃circuit fault withstanding performance of photovoltaic grid⁃connected inverters is related to person⁃al and system safety,and has become the most important indicator for equipment safety assessment.In order to study the test method of the internal short⁃circuit fault of the inverter and the influence of the short⁃circuit fault on its struc⁃ture and process,throughout a research and analysis on the conventional electrical performance test circuit,large⁃ca⁃pacity short⁃circuit test circuit and related standard test requirements of photovoltaic inverters,a kind of test method for the internal short⁃circuit fault withstand of photovoltaic inverters is set up which,by way of setting up test circuit,is verified and the test result is analyzed further.The results show that the designed test circuit can achieve the re⁃quirements of the internal fault short⁃circuit test of inverter.The internal short⁃circuit fault of the inverter will cause serious damage to its structure,which can be reduced by way of adding protection switches.
