摘  要:针对高压开关组合电器设备智能监测手段不足、传感器接口和监测装置接口不统一、数据就地分析能力不强及设备缺陷难以及时发现等问题,文中从一二次深入融合的角度,完成了252 kV组合电器智能感知系统及就地边缘智能分析单元的设计,统一了传感器与开关本体的机械接口、传感器与监测装置的电气接口,开关就地边缘计算终端将采集的各状态数据进行多参量融合分析,实现了开关设备状态的就地分析及缺陷诊断及故障预警。开关通过试验验证,文中设计的252 kV智能组合电器感知系统数据测量准确率为100%,故障诊断分析准确率为98%,具有较高的运行可靠性和智能化水平,提高了运维便捷性。In view of such issues as insufficient intelligent monitoring means for high⁃voltage combined switchgear,inconsistent interface of sensor and monitoring device,weak local data analysis ability and late finding of equipment defect,the design of intelligent sensing system and local edge intelligent analysis unit of 252 kV combined switch⁃gear is completed from the perspective of primary and secondary integration.The mechanical interface between the sensor and the switchgear proper,the electrical interface between the sensor and the monitoring device as well as each condition data to be acquired at the local edge calculation terminal of the switchgear are unified for multi⁃param⁃eter integration analysis and,on this basis,the local analysis of switchgear condition and early warning are realized.It is proved by the type test that the the accuracy rate of sensing system of the 252 kV intelligent combined switchgear designed in this paper is 100%,and the accuracy rate of fault diagnosis and analysis is 98%,has higher operation re⁃liability and intelligent level,which improves the convenience of operation and maintenance.
