摘  要:FLTD气体开关结构紧凑,绝缘子的内表面沿面闪络以及放电后的电极溅射都会导致其绝缘劣化,严重影响开关的使用寿命。为防止绝缘子闪络,通过刻槽来增大沿面距离,同时增设绝缘屏挡防止电极溅射,提高开关的绝缘防护能力。通过COMSOL建立开关电场仿真模型,分析沿面距离、刻槽深度和刻槽宽度等参数对绝缘表面场强的影响规律,研究结果表明增大沿面距离,增大刻槽深度及宽度都可以有效改善沿面电场分布;仿真分析对比绝缘屏挡与金属屏挡对开关电场的影响,可知绝缘屏挡对开关主间隙间的电场无影响,而且提高了沿面距离,具有更好的防闪络和防溅射效果。根据仿真结果对开关绝缘结构进行优化设计,从而延长开关绝缘子的使用寿命。The gas switch used in fast linear transformer driver(FLTD)is compact in structure,the surface flashover of inner surface insulator and electrode sputter after discharge will lead to its insulation deterioration,and seriously affect service life of the switch.In order to prevent the insulator from flashover,the distance along the surface is in⁃creased by grooving and,at the same time,the insulation barrier is added to prevent electrode sputter and improve insulation protection ability of the switch.Electric field simulation model of the switch is set up by COMSOL and the influence of such parameters as surface distance,grooving depth and width on the field strength of insulation surface is analyzed.The research results show that increasing the surface distance and the grooving depth as well as width can effectively improve the distribution of the electric field along the surface;It is known through simulating,analyz⁃ing and comparing the influence of insulation barrier and metal barrier on the switching electric field that insulation barrier has no effect on the electric field of main gap,the surface distance is increased,which has better effect to pre⁃vent flashover and electrode sputter.The insulation structure of the switch is optimized in accordance with simulation result so to extend the service life of the switch insulator.
