摘 要:梅花触头作为开关柜主回路通流的重要部分,动静触头接触的好坏,将直接决定电路是否可靠运行。目前市场上的梅花触头分为单触指结构和双触指结构,为了确定两种结构在性能上的差异,文中采用有限元仿真和实验相结合的方法,分析了两种结构温升和耐磨性的差异,以及不同数量触指失效后梅花触头的接触电阻变化规律。研究结果表明:单触指结构的散热效果比双触指结构好,温升低2 K左右;两种触指结构耐磨性基本无差异,在干摩擦条件下,不到500次均出现严重漏铜,涂抹导电膏润滑条件下,均能满足3000次机械寿命要求;单触指结构的触指与静触头间的接触电阻更小,接触面积更大,触指有效利用率更高。Tulip contact is an important part of the loop flow of main circuit in switchgear cabinet.The contact condi⁃tion of the moving and stationary contacts is directly related to the reliable operation of the circuit.At present,the tu⁃lip contact on the market is divided into such two structures as single⁃finger and double⁃finger.In order to determine the performance differences between the two structures,the method of finite element simulation and experiment is adopted in this paper to analyze the differences of temperature rise and wear resistance of the two structures as well as the variation of contact resistance of the tulip contacts with different fingers after failure.The study results show that the heat dissipation effect of single⁃fingered structure is better than that of double⁃fingered structure,and the temperature rise is lower about 2 K.While,the wear resistance of the two kinds of contact finger structures is basi⁃cally identical.In case of of dry friction,serious copper leakage occurs with less than 500 times of mechanical endur⁃ance.In case of applying conductive grease,3000 times of mechanical endurance requirement can be met.The con⁃tact resistance between the contact finger of single⁃fingered structure and the stationary contact is smaller and the contact area is larger,and the effective utilization ratio of the contact finger is higher.
