摘  要:换流变压器作为直流输电技术的核心设备,其宽频模型对于系统暂态仿真具有重要意义,目前设备宽频建模依赖于其宽频特性的测量。然而特高压换流变压器入口电容大,基于时域法的宽频特性测量目前尚无满足要求的宽频脉冲发生器。文中设计的脉冲发生器通过增加中储电容、陡化开关、调波电感等手段大幅提高了脉冲输出的高频分量,通过增加调波电容提高了频谱分析的平整性,在携带入口电容为10.4 nF的±800 kV特高压换流变压器负载时,可输出幅值35 kV、上升沿320 ns、振荡周期800 ns的高压脉冲,频谱分析显示在1 MHz范围内各频率分量的电压幅值均不低于100 V。使用该脉冲源对已知RLC网络进行宽频特性测量,与理论分析结果相比,测量所得幅频特性误差不超过3.1%,相频特性误差不超过5.5%。As the core equipment of HVDC technology,the wide⁃band model of converter transformer is of great sig⁃nificance for the transient simulation of the system.At present,the wide⁃band modeling of the equipment depends on the measurement of its wide⁃band characteristics.However,due to the large capacitance at the entrance of UHV con⁃verter transformer,the broadband characteristic measurement based on the time domain method has no way to meet the required broadband pulse generator.The pulse generator designed in this paper greatly improves the high fre⁃quency component of the pulse output greatly by means of increasing the middle storage capacitance,steepening switch and wave regulating inductance.By increasing the wave regulating capacitance,the flatness of the spectrum analysis is improved.In case of±800 kV UHV converter transformer with inlet capacitance of 10.4 nF is loaded,the high voltage pulse with amplitude of 35 kV,rising edge of 320 ns and oscillation period of 800 ns can be output.The frequency spectrum analysis shows that the voltage amplitude of each frequency component in the range of 1 MHz is not less than 100 V.The pulse source is used to perform wide band measurement of the known RLC network.Com⁃pared with the theoretical analysis results,the measured error of amplitude frequency characteristic is less than 3.1%and the error of phase frequency characteristic is less than 5.5%.
