摘  要:随着高压开关智能化的发展,GIS局部放电在线检测技术得到了越来越多的推广应用。由于内置式局部放电传感器具有较高的传感灵敏度和良好的抗干扰性能,目前在252 kV及以上电压等级的GIS产品上出厂时都要求安装内置式局部放电传感器,内置式局部放电传感器在GIS上布置的合理性尤为重要,因此需要开展局部放电信号在GIS中传播特性的研究。文中采用频谱仪和同步扫频信号发生器测量不同位置局部放电传感器的插入损耗及波形图,试验研究了局部放电产生的电磁波在252 kV GIS典型结构(直线型和L型结构)中的传播特性。结果表明:局部放电UHF信号在252 kV GIS中沿直线距离平均衰减为0.37 dB/m,经过一个L型结构衰减5.5 dB,研究结果可以为局部放电内置传感器在GIS上的布置提供理论指导。With the development of high⁃voltage switch intelligence,GIS partial discharge online detection technolo⁃gy has been more and more popularized and applied.Because the built⁃in partial discharge sensor has high sensing sensitivity and good anti⁃interference performance,it is currently 252 kV and above GIS products with voltage levels are required to be installed with built⁃in partial discharge sensors when they leave the factory.The rationality of the built⁃in partial discharge sensors in the GIS is particularly important.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the re⁃search on the propagation characteristics of the partial discharge signals in the GIS.In this paper,a spectrum analyz⁃er and a synchronous sweep signal generator are used to measure the insertion loss and waveform diagrams of partial discharge sensors at different positions,and the propagation characteristics of electromagnetic waves generated by partial discharges in typical 252 kV GIS structures(linear and L⁃shaped structures)are experimentally studied.The results show that the average attenuation of the partial discharge UHF signal along the linear distance in the 252 kV GIS is 0.37 dB/m,and the attenuation is 5.5 dB through an L⁃shaped structure.The research results can provide theo⁃retical guidance for the arrangement of the partial discharge built⁃in sensors on the GIS.
