摘　　要：为防控药品零售连锁企业的经营质量安全风险,本文采用查阅文献、问卷调查、专家座谈等方法,分析了山东省药品零售连锁企业的经营质量管理现状,探讨了零售连锁企业存在的经营质量管理问题,结合全省的专项整治对山东省药品零售连锁企业提出了合理化、专业性的对策和建议。In order to prevent and control the operation quality and safety risks of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises,this article uses the methods of literature reviews,questionnaires,expert interviews to analyze the current status and problems of the quality management of pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in Shandong Province,and combined with the special rectification of the whole province to put forward rationalized and professional countermeasures and suggestions for pharmaceutical retail chain enterprises in Shandong Province.
