摘 要:为了确定适宜于中国美利奴羊(新疆军垦型)细毛羊种公羊配种前蛋白补充量及最适补充时间,提高配种时种公羊的精液品质,试验将体格健壮、膘情较好、体型外貌和生产性能均符合种用标准的3周岁中国美利奴羊(新疆军垦型)细毛羊种公羊12只随机分为4组,空白对照组饲喂蛋白水平为12%的基础日粮,低蛋白补充组、中蛋白补充组、高蛋白补充组在基础日粮中添加豆粕,使蛋白水平达到14%、16%、18%,预饲期为30 d,正试期为56 d。试验期间每周日早晨饲喂后,使用假阴道法采集精液,立即测定射精量、精液密度、精子活率和精子活力指标。结果表明:日粮中补充不同蛋白水平豆粕对中国美利奴羊种公羊的射精量和精液密度产生了明显影响,但不同补充水平之间其他性状无显著差异(P>0.05);低蛋白水平组第42天精子活率及第42,49天精子活力与其他3组差异显著(P<0.05)。说明采用14%的低蛋白补充量即可满足种公羊配种前的营养需要,补饲72~79 d(预饲期30 d+正试期42~49 d)时种公羊精液品质最优。In order to determine the optimum protein supplementation and the optimum supplementation time before breeding for production of quality semen of rams of Chinese Merino(Xinjiang Junken type) fine hair sheep, twelve 3-years-old rams with physical soundness and standard breed performance records were randomly divided into 4 groups, among which, the control group was fed an essential diet with a protein level of 12%, the other 3 experimental groups were groups with a low, medium and high protein supplementation which were fed protein level of 14%, 16%, and 18% by adding soybean meal to the diets, respectively, for a pre-feeding period of 30 d and an experimental period of 56 d. During the period of experimentation, after rams were fed in the morning, semen was collected by using the sham vaginal method on every mor-ning for an immediate evaluation of ejaculate volume, semen density, sperm viability and sperm vitality. The results showed that supplementation of soybean meal with different protein levels in the diets significantly affected ejaculate volume and semen density of Chinese Merino fine hair rams(P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference between other traits for different supplementation levels(P > 0.05);sperm viability at 42 d and sperm motility at 42 d and 49 d in the low protein level group were significantly different from the other 3 groups(P < 0.05). It can be deduced that the pre-breeding nutritional needs of the rams of Chinese Merino(Xinjiang Junken type) fine hair sheep could be met by a 14% protein supplementation in the diets, and the optimum semen quality of the rams could be achieved at days of 72 to 79 during the supplementation period(30 d pre-feeding period + 42-49 d experimental period).
