摘　　要：通过分析炼焦原料煤配比对焦炭质量的重要影响,提出合理优化配煤结构、稳定焦炭质量和降低焦炭成本的方案,结合国内先进研究理论,通过岩相分析方法对炼焦煤进行判断评价,进一步以焦炭热反应试验验证配煤结果,表明配煤方案可促进企业降本增效,为公司科学配比、合理控制成本、增加收益提供有效途径。By analyzing the significant effects that coal blending structure has over coke quality,two optimized blending plans are selected,under the purpose of quality consistency and economy in coke production.In accord with advanced researches from China,the coals adopted in the two candidate blending plans are first analyzed and evaluated petrographically,the outcomes of which are then verified through coke thermal reaction tests.After cost estimation of Plan II,its viability of lowering costs and boosting profits is proven,which provides the company with a technology renovation that could bring about a new edge.
