摘　　要：江陵经济开发区作为长江经济带中重要的产业园区,亟需产业技术提升。本文结合江陵经济开发区地理、交通、资源等优势,基于煤基多联产、以循环经济思想为指导,研究提出低阶煤油-气-化-电多联产的产业技术提升途径,在促进煤炭绿色低碳高效利用的同时,将副产的高浓度二氧化碳用于江汉油田驱油示范项目;基于循环经济发展规划,对江陵经济开发区产业技术提升过程中的废气、废水、固废以及碳减排等做了详细的方案研究。该研究成果为江陵经济开发区乃至华中地区新兴绿色产业的发展布局提供重要参考。As an important industrial park in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,Jiangling Economic Development Zone is urgent to upgrade industrial technology.Combining the advantages of geography,transportation and resources in Jiangling Economic Development Zone.Based on coal-based Multi-Combined Production and guided by the idea of circular economy.To study and put forward the industrial technology upgrading ways of low-stage coal,oil,gas,chemical and electric multi-generation.Which promotes the green low-carbon and efficient utilization of coal while using the by-production of high concentration carbon dioxide for the demonstration project of oil drive in Jianghan Oilfield.Based on the circular economy development plan,a detailed program study was done on the waste gas,waste water,solid waste and carbon emission reduction in the process of industrial technology upgrading in Jiangling Economic Development Zone.The research results provide important reference significance for the development layout of new green industries in Jiangling Economic Development Zone and even in Central China.
