摘　　要：本研究目的是为了解决现有方案不易对板材进行修整的难题,提出了一种机械加工板材表面修整装置的方案。即利用光纤传感器,结合减速器和跟踪开关电容带通滤波器,合理利用搅拌块,实现对废弃桌板上的取料,再使用绞龙和填料泵的配合实现对桌板上孔洞的填补,使用挤压板进行抹平。该方案设计合理、操作方便,值得进行推广。This study aims to solve the difficult problem of plate dressing of the existing scheme,proposes a machined plate surface dressing device scheme.Using optical fiber sensor,combined with reducer and tracking switch capacitor bandpass filter,through reasonable use of mixing block,harvesting the materials on waste table and using the auger and filing pump,the hole on the table can be filled and wiped using the extrusion plate.This scheme has reasonable design,convenient operations,and is worthy of promotion.
