摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展以及信息技术的普及和应用,互联网被应用到各行各业之中,而互联网的应用又产生了大量的信息化建设项目,这些信息化建设具有显著的特征,例如需要大量的资金、高质量的软件和硬件、组织分工等等。在建设过程中加强信息化项目建设全过程管理是关键,也是保障信息化项目建成后发挥作用的关键,本篇文章主要分析探讨信息化建设全过程管理。With the development of science and technology and the popularization and application of information technology,the Internet has been applied to all walks of life,and the application of the Internet has produced a large number of informatization construction projects,which have obvious characteristics such as a lot of money,high-quality software and hardware,organizational division of labor.Strengthening the whole process management of informatization project construction is the key during the construction process,and it is also the key to ensure the function of the informatization project after it is completed.This article mainly analyzes and discusses the whole process management of informatization construction.
