白炭黑填充丁腈橡胶性能研究

摘　　要：丁腈橡胶由于其优异的耐非极性介质性而常用于油封、输油管等橡胶制品,白炭黑是常用的橡胶填充补强剂。本文主要考察了四种白炭黑填充丁腈橡胶的硫化特性、力学性能、耐老化性能和耐油性能。结果表明:当白炭黑用量60份时,WL180白炭黑填充丁腈橡胶拉伸强度大、耐老化和耐油性能好。Nitrile rubber is often used in rubber products such as oil seals and oil pipelines because of its excellent resistance to nonpolar media.Silica is a common rubber filling and reinforcing agent.The vulcanization properties,mechanical properties,aging resistance and oil resistance of four kinds of silica filled nitrile rubber were investigated in this paper.Results showed that WL180 filled nitrile rubber had high tensile strength,excellent aging and oil resistance when the dosage of silica was 60 phr.
