浅谈环境管理体系标准如何在企业深入实施

摘　　要：本文介绍了环境管理体系建设的重要意义,指出了企业在环境管理体系实施过程中常出现的环境初始现状调查不清、环境因素识别不全和环境目标制定肤浅、环境管理方案无实质内容等问题,根据工作实践归纳出6条建议,以深入实施环境管理体系,为各类企业日常环境管理提供支撑。This paper introduces the important significance of the construction of environmental management system,points out the problems that often appear in the process of the implementation of the system,such as unclear investigation of the initial status of the environment,incomplete identification of environmental factors,superficial formulation of environmental objectives,no substantive content of environmental management plan,etc.,and sums up six suggestions according to the work practice,so as to deeply implement the environmental management system and provide reference for the daily environmental management of various enterprises.
