泉州市县域金融排斥水平评价及化解对策

摘　　要：基于目前世界多数国家普遍存在的金融排斥问题,通过构建金融排斥的指标体系和指数测算模型,以泉州县域的金融数据为例,对泉州各县市的金融排斥水平及各县市差异的影响因素进行测算分析.结果发现:泉州各县市金融排斥程度总体不高,各县市由于经济发展水平、金融服务使用度、金融服务可得度、金融服务效用度等因素不同,造成各县市金融排斥程度存在差异,应从发挥政府职能部门作用、建设社会信用体系、推进金融科技创新和加大金融知识宣传等方面化解泉州县域金融排斥问题.Based on the problem of financial exclusion prevailing in most countries in the world, this paper constructs an index system and an index calculation model of financial exclusion, and takes the financial data in the county areas of Quanzhou as an example to calculate and analyze the financial exclusion level and the influencing factors of the differences among counties and cities in Quanzhou. The results show that the degree of financial exclusion in quanzhou is not high on the whole, and the degree of financial exclusion in quanzhou is different due to the different factors such as the level of economic development, the degree of financial service use, the degree of financial service availability, the degree of financial service utility, etc., so we should give full play to the role of government functional departments and build social credit institutions, promote the innovation of financial science and technology, and increase the publicity of financial knowledge to solve the problem of financial exclusion in Quanzhou.
