摘  要:以金佳矿区煤层气井为例,总结煤系地层岩性变化特征及对煤层气井钻完井质量控制的影响,优化钻井施工参数,促进钻井煤层的低伤害及高效化。工程实践表明:金佳矿区煤层气勘查区煤层及顶底板岩性复杂,以砂岩、泥岩、砂质泥岩、泥质砂岩为主,煤层及顶底板组合分布可分为5种结构模型;勘查区龙潭组含煤地层适合采取20~30 kN的中低钻压、15~20 L/s的小排量、中高转速钻进,避免钻压过大造成井斜角过大;固井施工的水泥浆密度不易超过1.85 g/cm^(3),避免水泥浆密度过大侵入近井地带造成储层伤害。Taking coal-bed methane wells in Jinjia Mining Area as an example,the characteristics of coal-measure formation lithology changes and their influence on the quality control of CBM well drilling and completion are summarized,drilling construction parameters are optimized,and the drilling of coal seams is less harmful and more efficient.Engineering practice shows that the coal seams and roof and floor lithologies in the coalbed methane exploration area of Jinjia Mining Area are complex,mainly sandstone,mudstone,sandy mudstone,and argillaceous sandstone.The combined distribution of coal seams and roof and floor can be divided into 5 structural models;the coal-bearing strata of Longtan Formation in exploration area is suitable for drilling with medium-low drilling pressure of 20-30 kN,small displacement of 15-20 L/s,and medium-high speed drilling to avoid excessive drilling pressure caused by excessive well inclination;cement slurry density for cementing construction is not easy to exceed 1.85 g/cm^(3) to avoid the excessive density of cement slurry from invading the near-well zone and causing reservoir damage.
