摘  要:针对地面生命保障孔钻进效率低、中靶精度差等问题,选择梅花井矿为快速精准钻进技术工程试验地点,通过矿区地质条件分析、复杂地层与钻工工艺适应性分析、钻井工艺优选等研究,确定施工工艺为复合钻井;分别从井身结构、PDC钻头、钻具组合、钻进参数、轨迹控制5个方面进行优化设计,形成了以液压车载钻机和大排量泥浆泵为关键设备,以优化PDC钻头、增加液动单弯螺杆钻具、使用无线随钻仪(MWD)为关键钻具组合方式的大倾角-中软-涌水复杂地层快速精准钻进技术。现场试验表明:生命保障孔钻达井深670.5 m,用时46.83 h,完钻平均钻速14.32 m/h,井底水平位移0.27 m,满足600 m深钻孔72 h黄金救援时间内成孔要求,具有重要的矿山应急救援示范意义。In order to solve the problems of low drilling efficiency and poor target-hitting accuracy of ground life support hole,Meihua Mine was selected as the test site of rapid and accurate drilling technology project,through the analysis of geological conditions,the adaptability of complex strata and drilling technology,and the optimization of drilling technology,the construction technology is determined as compound drilling.The hydraulic truck-mounted drilling rig and large displacement mud pump are the key equipment,which are optimized from five aspects:well structure,PDC bit,bottom hole assembly,drilling parameters and trajectory control,rapid and accurate drilling technology for complex formation with large dip angle,medium soft rock and water inrush by optimizing PDC bit,adding hydraulic single-bend auger and using wireless MWD as key bottom hole assembly.The field test shows that the life support hole reaches the well depth of 670.5 m,takes 46.83 hours,the average drilling speed is14.32 m/h and the horizontal displacement of bottom hole is 0.27 m,which meets the requirements of drilling hole in the golden rescue time of 72 hours for 600 m deep drilling,it has the important demonstration significance of mine emergency rescue.
