摘  要:为解决沿充填体掘巷巷道底鼓导致的巷道围岩支护难题,以潞安常村煤矿为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件分析了底板加固和底板卸压等2种控制方案的优劣及其不同参数下巷道围岩变形规律和支护作用。研究表明:在加固方案下,当底板及帮角共同加固时,对比与无加固情况下本工作面掘采过程中(即“二次掘巷”和“二次回采”工作面超前5 m处)的底鼓量分别减小2.48倍和2.60倍,故共同加固底板及帮角是控制底鼓的有效途径;而卸压槽控制巷道底鼓时与开槽深度有极大相关性,当开槽深度为2.0 m时,对比无开槽情况下本工作面掘采过程中的底鼓量分别减小1.82和2.49倍;而底板开槽对巷道顶板和实体煤帮的变形控制作用却相反。根据潞安常村煤矿S511综放工作面的工程实际情况,建议采用开槽深度为1.5 m的底板卸压切槽的办法控制底鼓。In order to solve the problem of roadway surrounding rock support caused by roadway floor heave along the filling body,taking Lu’an Changcun Coal Mine as the engineering background,the advantages and disadvantages of two control schemes such as floor reinforcement and floor pressure relief are analyzed by using FLAC3Dnumerical simulation software,as well as the deformation law and support effect of roadway surrounding rock under different parameters.The research shows that under the reinforcement scheme,when the floor and slope angle are reinforced together,the floor heave in the excavation process of the working face(i.e.5 m ahead of the“secondary roadway excavation”and“secondary mining”working face) is reduced by 2.48times and 2.60 times respectively.Therefore,joint reinforcement of the floor and slope angle is an effective way to control the floor heave.When the pressure relief groove controls the roadway floor heave,it has a great correlation with the slotting depth.When the slotting depth is 2.0 m,compared with the case without slotting,the floor heave in the excavation and mining process of the working face is reduced by 1.82 and 2.49 times respectively.However,floor slotting has the opposite effect on the deformation control of roadway roof and solid coal wall.According to the actual engineering situation of S511 fully mechanized top coal caving face in Changcun Coal Mine,Lu’an,it is suggested to control the bottom drum by means of bottom plate pressure relief and grooving with a grooving depth of 1.5 m.
