摘 要:针对工业热炉炉膛内燃烧火焰高温多维非均匀湍流介质的热辐射特性,研究其分布机理与解算方法.基于CFD数据代表的空间栅格进行网格定位,根据其中气体组分的辐射机制得到栅格辐射强度;通过计算虚拟射线踪迹上的流场气动热辐射强度,推衍出探测视场内非均匀介质组分多波段炉膛热辐射场计算模型.提出弱表层马尔可夫模型,将热辐射场计算结果作为初始条件和参数确定依据,基于多帧炉膛红外探测图像,迭代反衍直至矢量平均余弦相似度小于阈值,从而复原重建炉膛热辐射场,形成高温非均匀流场热辐射特性分析体系.It is necessary to analyze the thermal radiation characteristics of multi-dimensional heterogeneous turbulent medium at high temperature.Grid positioning is carried out based on each spatial grid represented by CFD data.The radiation intensity of the grid is obtained,according to the radiation mechanism of the gas components.With the aerodynamic thermal radiation intensity of the flow field on the virtual ray trail,a computation model is developed to detect the inhomogeneous media components and the multispectral thermal radiation field in the furnance.In the proposed Weak Membrane Markov Random Field(WMMRF)model,the calculation results of thermal radiation field are taken as the initial conditions and the basis for determining parameters.The furnace thermal radiation field is reconstructed based on multiple infrared detection images,which iterate until the average vector cosine similarity is less than the threshold.The heat radiation characteristic analysis system of high temperature non-uniform flow field is formed.
