摘 要:制备一系列的单/双/三组元的钨铈锆复合金属氧化物催化剂,测试催化剂在200~550℃的NH_(3)-选择性催化还原(NH_(3)-SCR)反应中的脱硝活性。考察催化剂制备方法、W含量和催化剂组成对催化剂脱硝活性的影响。使用N_(2)吸附-脱附、X线衍射仪(XRD)、X线光电子能谱(XPS)和NH_(3)程序升温脱附(NH_(3)-TPD)对催化剂进行表征。结果表明:与浸渍法、湿混法和水热法相比,共沉淀法制备的催化剂具有最高的脱硝活性;三组元钨铈锆催化剂的脱硝活性显著优于单组元或双组元催化剂,主要原因是催化剂表面W的良好分散、更高的表面氧比例和更多的表面酸位;在40000 h^(-1)的体积空速下,WO_(3)、CeO_(2)和ZrO_(2)的质量分数分别为20%、40%和40%的20W-40Ce-40Zr催化剂在288~513℃时的NO_(x)转化率大于90%,表现出充当燃气机组SCR催化剂的良好潜力。A series of unitary/binary/ternary W-Ce-Zr mixed metal oxide catalysts were prepared to investigate their denitration activity in the NH_(3)-selective catalytic reduction(NH_(3)-SCR)reaction ranging from 200 to 550℃.The effects of catalyst preparation method,catalyst composition and W content on denitration activity were studied.The catalysts were characterized by N_(2) adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),and NH_(3) temperature-programmed desorption(NH_(3)-TPD).Results showed that the catalyst prepared by the co-precipitation method showed higher denitration activity than the impregnation method,wet mixing method or hydrothermal method.The ternary W-Ce-Zr catalyst showed higher denitration activity than the unitary or binary catalysts,which was associated with the favorable dispersion of W on the catalyst surface,higher surface oxygen ratio and more surface acids.At a space velocity of 40000 h^(-1),the 20W-40Ce-40Zr catalyst with mass fractions of WO_(3),CeO_(2) and ZrO_(2) of 20%,40%and 40%,respectively,exhibited a NO_(x) conversion of above 90%in the temperature range of 288513℃,showing its great potential as an SCR catalyst for natural gas generator set.
