摘 要:研究了纳米橡胶颗粒(NR)在油井水泥系统中应用的可行性。通过水化热的变化对NR的固化时间和水化关系进行研究,测定了在高温高压条件下的声波抗压强度,考察了NR对水泥体系自收缩和拉伸性能的影响,试验结果表明:选用的NR在高温和碱性环境下性能稳定,在水泥体系中加入NR可以减少水泥体系的自收缩,但也延缓了凝结时间和抗压强度。在水泥体系中掺入天然橡胶提高了在实验室条件下承受拉应力的能力。结果还表明,该材料在井况下具有良好的性能,对水泥体系高温高压下的抗拉强度有一定的正向影响。The feasibility of application of nano-rubber particles(NR)in oil well cement system is studied.The setting time and hydration relationship of NR is studied through the change of hydration heat,the acoustic compressive strength under high temperature and high pressure is measured,and the effect of NR on the autogenous shrinkage and tensile properties of cement system is investigated.The results show that the NR has stable performance in high temperature and alkaline environment.Adding NR to the cement system can reduce the autogenous shrinkage of the cement system,but also delay the setting time and compressive strength.Adding natural rubber into the cement system improves the ability to withstand tensile stress under laboratory conditions.The results also show that the material has good properties under well conditions,and the tensile strength under high temperature and high pressure has a certain positive effect.
