摘 要:为了提高X油田化学驱地面采出水的处理效率,通过化学絮凝剂的优选和电絮凝处理工艺的优化试验,开发出一种适合化学驱地面采出水的电絮凝-化学絮凝联合处理技术,该处理技术能够较好地处理目标油田化学驱地面采出水,经过电絮凝处理后,再加入150 mg/L的絮凝剂聚合硅酸铝铁即可使油去除率达到100%,聚合物去除率达到98%以上。现场应用结果表明:经过电絮凝-化学絮凝联合处理后,二级过滤器出口水样中的含油量可以降低至0,聚合物质量浓度可以降低至10 mg/L以下,达到了良好的处理效果。In order to improve the treatment efficiency of chemical flooding produced water in X oilfield,an electro-flocculation and chemical flocculation combined treatment technology suitable for chemical flooding produced water is studied through the optimization of chemical flocculant and the optimization experiment of electro-flocculation treatment process.The electro-flocculation and chemical flocculation combined treatment technology can better treat the surface produced water of chemical flooding in the target oilfield.After electro-flocculation treatment,adding 150 mg/L chemical flocculant poly aluminum ferric silicate can make the oil removal rate reach 100%and the polymer removal rate reach more than 98%.The field application results show that after the combined treatment of electro-flocculation and chemical flocculation,the oil content in the water sample at the outlet of the secondary filter can be reduced to 0 and the polymer mass concentration can be reduced to less than 10 mg/L.
