摘 要:我国每年油品蒸发损耗量较大,原油储罐是油气损耗的主要装置之一。研究了一种原油储罐甲烷排放检测方法,设计并制作了油气损耗排放半定量测试装置,基于红外热成像技术,通过计算装置排气孔的数量折算油气损耗量,并验证了该方法的可靠性,准确度高达95%。该装置可适用于不同型号储罐的油气损耗量测试,满足不同现场测试的需求,对石油石化领域开展油气损耗量检测提供了较好的技术支撑。The evaporation losses of oil products in China is large every year.Crude oil storage tanks are the main devices for oil vapor losses.A methane emission detection method for crude oil storage tanks is studied,and a semi-quantitative oil vapor losses emission detection device is designed and manufactured.Based on infrared thermal imaging technology,the oil vapor losses can be converted by calculating the number of exhaust holes of the device,and the reliability of the method is verified.The accuracy is as high as 95%.The device can be applied to the oil vapor losses detection of different types of storage tanks,meet the needs of different field tests,and provide a good technical support for the oil vapor losses detection in the petroleum and petrochemical field.
