摘  要:为解决激光烧蚀推力器在微纳卫星推进中的应用问题,本文旨在研究半导体激光对柔性基底含能工质带的烧蚀特性。针对不同工质层厚度的工质带,通过调节优化半导体激光器电流和脉宽等参数开展了激光烧蚀实验,研究了柔性基底含能工质的单脉冲冲量、比冲、冲量耦合系数和烧蚀效率等烧蚀冲量耦合特性,分析了激光器参数和工质层厚度对烧蚀冲量耦合特性的影响,得到了实现更高比冲的烧蚀工作条件。实验结果表明,在相同的激光器电流条件下,冲量随激光器脉宽的增大而增大,比冲随脉宽的增大而减小。在相同的激光器工作条件下,随着工质层厚度增大,工质带烧蚀的比冲增大,340μm厚工质带获得最大比冲在350 s以上,冲量耦合系数达到220μN/W以上。In order to study the ablation characteristics of semiconductor laser on flexible substrate energetic propellant belt and solve the application problem of laser ablation thruster in space propulsion, laser ablation experiments were conducted by adjusting and optimizing the parameters of semiconductor laser current and pulse width, and with different propellant layer thickness. The ablation impulse coupling characteristics of flexible substrate energetic propellant were studied, such as single pulse impulse, specific impulse, impulse coupling coefficient and ablation efficiency. The effects of laser parameters and propellant layer thickness on the ablation impulse coupling characteristics were analyzed, and the ablation working conditions for higher specific impulse were acquired. The results show that under the same laser current condition, the impulse increases with the pulse width increasing, while the specific impulse decreases with the pulse width increasing. Under the same working conditions, the specific impulse of the propellant ablation increases with the thickness of the propellant layer.
