新媒体环境视角下高校大学生管理工作探究

摘　　要：在新时代,新型媒体正作为一种不同于传统的社交媒体广泛存在,在很大程度上影响和改变着人们的思维方式、社交模式和生活方式.随着各种新媒体平台在大学生中的广泛使用,因其所具有的独特的文化个性特征和认知行为特点逐渐打破了传统的人际间行为和社会交往模式而使他们的思想行为和价值观取向逐渐趋于多样化,这种改变必将对大学生管理工作带来新的挑战.根据新媒体环境下当代大学生的特点,分析当前高校教育管理者在大学生管理中所面临的困境,探寻现阶段改进大学生管理工作的有效途径.In the new era,new media has been widely applied,different from the traditional social media,influencing and changing people’s thinking mode,social model and living ways.College students widely use many kinds of new social media and has demonstrated their unique cultural characters and recognition features,and their personal behaviors and socialization has broken the traditional ones and their thinking and values have been diversified.So college student management has been faced with many new challenges.This paper has,through analyzing current college students’characteristics in the era of new media,studied the difficulties for college educators to carry out college student management and explored the effective ways to improve college student management in the new era.
