武当太极拳28式与9式比较研究

摘　　要：针对武当28式太极拳和武当9式太极拳从拳法特点、教学成效及演练观赏价值三个方面进行比较研究,运用文献资料、数理统计等方法进行统计分析,研究结果表明在拳法特点、教学成效及演练观赏价值等方面,武当9式太极拳明显优于武当28式太极拳.所以,武当太极拳9式比28式更适合引进高校课堂教学,以此来发扬武当武术,传承武当文化.A comparison in boxing characteristics,teaching effect and performing appreciating value between Wudang 28-style Taijiquan and Wudang 9-style Taijiquan is carried out through the statistical analysis by way of literature and mathematical statistics.The comparing results show that Wudang 9-style Taijiquan is clearly better than Wudang 28-style Taijiquan in terms of boxing characteristics,teaching effect and performing appreciating value.Therefore,Wudang 9-style Taijiquan is more suitable to be introduced into college classroom teaching so as to better spread and inherit Wudang Culture.
