摘  要:铸造吊主起升电机定子引线端头熔断,是极少出现的电机故障,况且这台电机在线使用已有9个月。分析发现电机定子引线端头存在隐患,碳刷不磨就用是造成电机启动时定子电流增加并烧断引线的原因。为此,碳刷在使用前要磨出一定弧度,形成面接触,以减小接触电阻,从而避免打火,烧坏滑环。The stator lead end of the main lifting motor of casting crane is burnt out, which is a rare motor fault. Moreover, the motor has been used online for 9 months. Through the analysis, it is found that there are hidden dangers at the stator lead end of the motor. Through the analysis, it is found that there are hidden dangers at the end of the motor stator lead, and the use of the carbon brush without grinding is the reason for the increase of the stator current and the burning of the lead when the motor is started. Therefore, the carbon brush should be grinded out a certain radian before use to form surface contact, so as to reduce the contact resistance and to avoid ignition and burn out the slip ring.
