摘　　要：针对配电网调度控制系统综合智能告警整体构架及告警技术进行分析,并对软件设计及开发进行详细探讨,提出基于SOE和COS的综合智能告警方法,从而帮助调度人员高效、快速地掌握系统运行信息。The overall framework and alarm technology of comprehensive intelligent alarm of distribution network dispatching control system are analyzed. The software design and development are discussed in detail, and a comprehensive intelligent alarm method based on SOE and COS is proposed to help dispatchers master the system operation information efficiently and quickly.
