摘  要:研究电缆户外立式终端封铅作业工艺与质量管控技术,通过对终端铅封处的开裂分析,排查各种可能因素,确认开裂原因并提出现场解决方案,形成标准化的施工工艺或验收规范。对比5种铅封密封加强方案,分析了安装过程的操作难易程度、现场质量控制难度、实际效果,优选出铅封焊接、环氧玻璃丝带加固、防水带、防水密封胶条、热缩管、管口密封相结合的工艺路线,既可保证接地焊接效果,也对铅封有加强的作用。在后续的项目安装及消缺工作中进行应用,用系统方法解决了户外终端产品尾管与电缆金属护套间的密封连接问题,降低了运行故障率,提高了输电线路安全运行能力。The lead sealing process and quality control technology of the cable outdoor vertical terminal are studied. Through the cracking analysis of the terminal lead seal, various possible factors are investigated, the cause of the cracking is confirmed, and on-site solutions are proposed to form a standardized construction process or acceptance specification. Five kinds of seal strengthening schemes are compared.The difficulty of the installation process, the difficulty of on-site quality control, and the actual effect are analyzed. The combination of lead sealing welding, epoxy glass ribbon reinforcement, waterproof tape, waterproof sealant strip, heat shrinkable pipe and pipe orifice sealing is optimized, which can not only ensure the grounding welding effect, but also strengthen the lead seal. It is applied in the subsequent project installation and defect elimination work, and a systematic method is used to solve the problem of the sealing connection between the tail pipe of the outdoor terminal product and the metal sheath of the cable, so as to reduce the operation failure rate and improve the safe operation ability of the transmission line.
