摘 要:我国电力能源结构以燃煤发电为主,水电核电为辅,兼具风力发电和光伏发电。为了提高锅炉热效率,在锅炉尾部烟道安装省煤器。省煤器可吸收高温烟气的热量,降低烟气的排烟温度,节省了能源,提高了锅炉效率,是锅炉余热利用的标准配置。锅炉省煤器安装在锅炉尾部烟道下部,烟气中的大颗粒飞灰一般会在该处沉积,在此设置省煤器灰斗收集大颗粒飞灰。荥阳公司省煤器灰通过独立管道输送至400 m以外的灰库。省煤器灰颗粒较大,磨损大,不易气力输送,多次出现堵管和管道磨穿的现象,威胁了机组安全。为了彻底消除此运行安全隐患,荥阳公司设立专门课题研究解决。通过采用双套管输灰技术、优化输送路由、调整控制策略等方法,使得该厂省煤器灰的输送既可进入灰库,也可进入炉前渣仓,彻底解决了原来堵管频繁、磨损严重的问题,为其他火力发电厂省煤器灰处理提供了新的思路,具有一定的借鉴意义。China’s power energy structure is dominated by coal-fired power generation, supplemented by hydropower and nuclear power, as well as wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation. The economizer can absorb the heat of the high-temperature flue gas, reduce the exhaust temperature of the flue gas, save energy, and improve the efficiency of the boiler. It is the standard configuration for boiler waste heat utilization. The boiler economizer is installed at the lower part of the flue at the tail of the boiler, where the large particle fly ash in the flue gas will generally be deposited. The economizer ash hopper is set here to collect the large particle fly ash. The economizer ash of Xingyang Company is transported to the ash silo 400 m away through an independent pipeline. Due to the large ash particles of the economizer, the wear is large, and it is not easy to be transported pneumatically, and the phenomenon of pipe blockage and pipe wear occurs many times, which threatens the safety of the unit. In order to completely eliminate this hidden danger, Xingyang Company set up a special project to study and solve it. By adopting the double casing ash conveying technology, optimizing the conveying route and adjusting the control strategy, the ash conveying of the economizer in the plant can enter both the ash silo and the slag bin in front of the furnace, which completely solves the problems of frequent pipe blockage and serious wear, and provides a new idea for the ash treatment of the economizer in other thermal power plants and has a certain reference significance.
