摘 要:因石家庄地铁处于运营初期且受疫情影响,客流量不大。目前,全线采用A型车6节编组,客流具有明显的潮汐性,高峰期采用大小交路开行方案,大交路从福泽站到西王站,小交路从洨河大道站到西王站,大小交路均衡发车,频率均为6对/h;平峰时期实行从福泽站到西王站单一交路运行,6节编组,发车频率为6对/h。目前的开行方案不仅乘客服务水平低,而且造成能力的浪费。文章已知石家庄地铁1号线客流量OD分布表,对早高峰8:00-9:00的2节、3节、4节、5节小编组方案进行评价,以企业和乘客的总成本最小为目标函数,企业运营成本主要以上线车组数和车辆走行公里数作为评价指标,乘客出行成本主要以乘客总等待时间作为评价指标,得到2节小编组方案是高峰小时最优方案,进而根据全日分时最大断面客流量制订全日列车开行计划,既能提高服务水平,缩短行车间隔,又可以节约企业运营成本。Shijiazhuang Metro is in the early stage of operation and affected by the epidemic,so the passenger flow is small.At present,the whole line adopts 6-vehicle formation scheme of type A vehicles,and the passenger flow has obvious tidal characteristics.During the peak period,the operation scheme of large and small routes is adopted.The large route starts from Fuze Station to Xiwang Station,and the small route starts from Xiaohedadao Station to Xiwang Station.The large and small routes start evenly,and the frequency is 6 pairs/h;During the peak period,a single routing operation is implemented from Fuze Station to Xiwang Station,with 6-vehicle formation scheme and departure frequency of 6 pairs/h.The current operation scheme not only has low passenger service level,but also causes a waste of capacity.In this thesis,the OD distribution table of passenger flow of Shijiazhuang Metro Line 1 is known,and the small formation schemes of 2-vehicle,3-vehicle,4-vehicle and 5-vehicle in the morning peak from 8:00 to 9:00 are evaluated.With the minimum total cost of enterprises and passengers as the objective function,the operation cost of enterprises is mainly dealt with the number of train groups and vehicle running kilometers of the above lines as the evaluation index,and the passenger travel cost is mainly deal with the total waiting time of passengers as the evaluation index.It is concluded that the 2-vehicle small formation scheme is the best scheme in peak hours,and then the whole day train operation plan is formulated according to the maximum section passenger flow of the whole day,which can not only improve the service level,shorten the running interval,but also save the operation cost of the enterprise.
