摘　　要：堤顶防汛道路维修加固工程项目是为确保河道安全、使洪水安全通过堤坝的重点防汛工程,这种项目从立项、招标、发标、进场、施工、监理到验收,每一个项目环节都需要严格监管,以确保工程质量。从项目准备、施工管理、质量监控,到项目验收等各个环节都应一丝不苟,认真做好每一个环节,确保工程项目质量,打造项目样板工程,为基础设施建设提供宝贵的借鉴经验。The maintenance and reinforcement project of the flood control road at the top of the dike is a key flood control project to ensure the safety of the river and make the flood pass through the dam safely.This kind of project includes project establishment,bidding,bid issuance,entry,construction,supervision and acceptance.Every project link needs to be strictly supervised to ensure the quality of the project.From project preparation,construction management,quality control to project acceptance,every link should be meticulous,conscientiously do a good job in every link,ensure the quality of the project,create a project model project,and provide valuable reference experience for infrastructure construction.
