摘　　要：随着时代的快速发展,工业4.0的改革步伐已经悄然向我们走来,若想在这场波澜壮阔的改革浪潮中立于不败之地,实现企业的信息化无疑是必然趋势,如果再将其加以有效的管理和应用,定会给企业的发展提供强大的动力。河南中烟安阳卷烟厂紧紧围绕公司生产制造部“1316”工作思路,深入推进,持续创新,多措并举,充分运用信息化建设与TPM体系相融合,健全完善设备管理制度,精实开展设备维修保养,提高预知性管控能力,打造出一套基于数据分析的信息化设备管理新模式。With the rapid development of the times,the reform of Industrial 4.0 has quietly come to us.If we want to be in an invincible position in this magnificent reform wave,it is undoubtedly an inevitable trend to realize the informatization of enterprises.If it is managed and applied effectively,it will provide a strong driving force for the development of enterprises.Henan Zhongyan Anyang Cigarette Factory attaches great importance to the company’s production and manufacturing department"1316"working ideas,in-depth promotion,continuous innovation,multi-measures at the same time,makes full use of the integration of information construction and TPM system,improves the equipment management system,carries out accurate equipment maintenance,enhances the predictive control ability,and creates a new information equipment management model based on data analysis.
