摘　　要：随着我国经济建设转向高质量发展,创新逐渐成为企业核心竞争力的重要来源,但物流企业面临着对创新重视度不足、融资约束等问题,这严重阻碍了其创新发展的脚步。而股权质押因流动性强、成本低等优势成为物流企业获取外部融资的重要渠道。基于此,以物流企业为研究对象,分析生命周期不同阶段控股股东股权质押对创新投入的影响,为规范股权质押行为、提高物流企业创新水平提供参考。As our country’s economic construction shifts to high-quality development,innovation has gradually become an important source of corporate core competitiveness,but logistics companies are facing problems such as insufficient emphasis on innovation and financing constraints,which have seriously hindered the pace of innovation and development.The equity pledge has become an important channel for logistics companies to obtain external financing due to its strong liquidity and low cost.Based on this,taking logistics companies as the research object,analyze the influence of controlling shareholder’s equity pledge at different stages of the life cycle on innovation input,and provide reference experience for standardizing equity pledge behavior and improving the innovation level of logistics enterprises.
