摘 要:煤层气排采井采气经调控计量后进入采气管网,单井、多井采气管线交汇输送至集气站场,进行前置分离脱水、粉尘过滤、增压、后置分离脱水后输送至下一生产单元。采气管网多采用枝状分支、阀组管汇、环形管网等联入方式,煤层气管网运行出现的管网回压、管线水堵、泄漏、憋压、管容及阀组工艺设计等多重因素影响,造成了管输效率的降低。文章以采气管线不同联入方式,从影响因素辨识,管网的运行监测方式、判定方法、应急处置等方面进行阐述。The gas from coalbed methane extraction well enters the gas production pipeline network after regulation and measurement,and the single well and multi-well gas production pipelines are intersected and the gas are transported to the gas collecting station for pre-separation and dehydration,dust filtration,pressurization,post-separation and dehydration and before transportation to the next production unit.The interconnection mode adopted by most of the gas production pipe network includes branch,valve group manifold,annular pipe network,etc.The operation of coalbed methane pipe network is affected by multiple factors,such as back pressure of pipe network,pipeline water blocking,leakage,pressure holding,pipe capacity and process design of valve group,which reduces the pipe transportation efficiency.In this paper,the identification of the influencing factors,the operation monitoring method,the determination method and the emergency disposal of the gas production pipeline are described in different connecting ways of pipeline network.
