金纳米颗粒在肿瘤光热治疗及监测中应用的研究进展

摘  要:目的对金纳米颗粒在肿瘤进行光热治疗及肿瘤监测上的进展进行综述,为研制更加高效的肿瘤靶向金纳米颗粒提供参考。方法本文筛选出52篇相关专业文献,对不同形状或集合状态的金纳米颗粒的光学性质和主要特点进行了介绍,并且对肿瘤靶向金纳米颗粒采用的靶向策略和监测肿瘤的成像方式进行归纳总结。结果不同种类的金纳米颗粒(金纳米球、金纳米棒、金纳米壳、金纳米笼、金纳米星和金纳米颗粒组装系统)的形态和尺寸会影响其表面等离激元共振的光学性质和生物学特点(肿瘤穿透能力,体内循环时间,生物相容性,细胞摄取,体内热稳定性),从而影响肿瘤光热治疗效率和肿瘤监测效果。在金纳米颗粒表面连接抗体等靶向分子或利用间充质干细胞等特殊载体,可以使金纳米颗粒主动靶向肿瘤提高光热治疗和监测效果。结论金纳米颗粒具有独特的光学性质,优异的光热转换性能,在肿瘤光热治疗和监测方面具有临床转化前景。Objective The research progress of gold nanoparticles in tumor-targeting photothermal therapy and tumor monitoring are reviewed,which provides a reference for the development of more effective tumor-targeting gold nanoparticle.Methods By consulting 52 related professional literatures,this review introduces the optical properties and main characteristics of gold nanoparticles of different shapes or aggregative states,and summarizes the targeting strategies adopted by tumor-targeting gold nanoparticles and the imaging methods for tumor monitoring.Results The morphology and size of different types of gold nanoparticles(gold nanospheres,gold nanorods,gold nanocages,gold nanoshells,gold nanostars and assembly systems)will affect the optical properties of surface plasmon resonance and biological characteristics(tumor penetrative ability,circulatory time in vivo,biocompatibility,cellular uptake,thermal stability in vivo),thereby affecting the effect of tumor photothermal therapy and tumor monitoring.Attaching targeting molecules such as antibodies to the surface of gold nanoparticles or using special carriers such as mesenchymal stem cells can enable gold nanoparticles to actively target tumors to improve the effect of photothermal therapy and monitoring.Conclusion Gold nanoparticles have unique optical properties,excellent performance of photothermal conversion,and have clinical transformation prospects in tumor photothermal therapy and monitoring.
