摘 要:为了改善电卡制冷的性能,以三元聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为电卡材料,构建了流体平移主动式电卡蓄冷器(AER),并基于COMSOL Multiphysics多物理场仿真平台建立了该AER系统的二维模型,进行性能仿真。通过特定工况及变参数分析,讨论了电卡制冷的影响因素,发现材料导热性能是制约电卡效应发挥的重要因素,导热性能不佳不但导致施加电场时材料热量无法有效传递给流体,而且会发生温度交叉,导致去电场时未有效降温的材料中心与流体抢夺电卡效应冷量的现象。In order to enhance the performance of electrocaloric refrigeration,the translational fluidic active electrocaloric regenerator(AER)was constructed using P(VDF-TrFE-CFE)terpolymer as the electrocaloric material.A two-dimensional model of this AER was established for the performance simulation based on COMSOL Multiphysics.Through the analysis of the fixed working condition and variable parameters,the influencing factors of electrocaloric refrigeration were discussed.It has been found that the thermal conductivity of material is a key factor that restricts the exertion of electrocaloric effect.The poor thermal conductivity not only leads to the inefficiency of heat transfer between fluid and materials when electric field is on,but also causes temperature crossover.This results in the phenomenon that the center of materials which cannot be cooled down effectively when the electric field is off seizes the cooling capacity of electrocaloric effect.
