中国铁路“走出去”工程造价标准发展问题及策略研究

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议下中国铁路“走出去”取得重大突破。工程造价管理作为铁路建设的重要环节,在国际铁路合作项目中的作用和地位不容忽视。本文主要总结了中国铁路工程造价管理模式,分析了中国铁路“走出去”面临的工程造价发展问题,并从编制发布国外铁路工程造价指南、建设国外铁路建设项目数据库、充分考虑国际铁路市场风险等三方面提出了中国铁路“走出去”工程造价发展策略建议。The process of China railway "Going Global"has made major breakthroughs under the"Belt and Road"initiative.As one of the most important links of railway construction,the cost management is playing crucial roles in the in ternational railway cooperation projects.In this paper,China railway engineering cost management mode is researched,and the engineering cost challenges of China railway "Going Global" are analyzed.Mean while,three coping strategies are proposed,which are formulating and publishing the estimation guide of foreign railway constmction cost,building database of foreign railway projects cost in formation,and fully considering the international railway market risks.
