摘  要:近年来,我国不同种类基层科协组织发展呈现不同的变化趋势。本文通过对2011-2020年五种基层科协组织机构和个人会员数量的宏观数据进行统计分析,总结各类基层科协组织发展的变动趋势和现状特点。研究发现:基层科协组织发展建设中存在企业科协个人会员参与度低、高校科协发展建设缓慢、乡镇科普协会空壳化严重、农技协发展呈现没落态势等困境。在此基础上,提出加强基层科协组织建设的对策建议,提升基层科协组织科技交流和技术推广功能。In recent years,the development of different kinds of grass-roots science and technology associations in China has shown different change trends.Through the statistical analysis of the macro data of the number of organizations and individual members of five kinds of grass-roots science and technology associations from 2011 to 2020,this paper summarizes the change trends and current situation characteristics of the development of different kinds of grass-roots science and technology associations.It is found that there are some dilemmas in the development of grass-roots science and technology associations,such as low participation of individual members of enterprise science and technology associations,the slow development and construction of university science association,the serious hollowing of township science popularization association,and the declining development of agricultural technology association.On this basis,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of grass-roots science and technology associations,and improve the functions of science and technology exchange and technology promotion of grass-roots science and technology associations.
