摘　　要：场馆和基础设施建设是支撑奥运赛事成功举办的硬件基础。在北京冬奥会、冬残奥会举办期间,一批凝聚了中国建造智慧,体现了中国建造水平和速度的精品“冬奥工程”惊艳世界,也生动、立体诠释了北京冬奥精神和办奥理念。以冬奥配套工程——涞源国家跳台滑雪训练科研基地的建设为研究对象和“小切口”,从主体维度、价值维度和实践维度剖析中国办奥的初心和使命,探寻冬奥工程建设者们如何同心协力、突破极限,高标准、高质量、高效率地完成项目建设的理论支撑和行动逻辑,提出中国工程建设的“冬奥模式”,解析其构成要素、实现路径和底层逻辑。该模式充分展现出中国办奥的理念和意义以及其中凝结的中国智慧和中国方案。The construction of venues and infrastructure is the hardware foundation to support the success of the Olympic Games. During the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and Paralympic Games, a number of excellent "Winter Olympic projects" which gathered the wisdom of China’s construction and reflected the level and speed of China’s construction astonished the world, and also vividly and stereoscopically interpreted the spirit and concept of Beijing Winter Olympic Games. Taking the construction of Laiyuan national ski-jumping training and research center, an auxiliary project of the Winter Olympics, as the research object and "small incision", this paper analyzes China’s original intention and mission of hosting the Olympic Games from the main dimension, value dimension and practice dimension, and explores the theoretical support and action logic of how the builders of the Winter Olympics project work together, break through the limit, and complete the project construction with high standards, high quality and high efficiency. Put forward Beijing Winter Olympics mode in the construction of Chinese engineering, and analyze its constituent elements, implementation path and underlying logic. This mode fully demonstrates the concept and significance of China’s Olympic Games, as well as the Chinese wisdom and Chinese solutions condensed therein.
