新时代农村妇女典范人物事业发展的经验启示

摘　　要：新时代,农村妇女中涌现出了一批又一批事业有成的典范人物,其主要类型有:生产经营型、政治引领型、文化传承型、社会建设型和生态治理型。她们的典范事迹丰富多彩,体现出爱国爱党、心系农村,求真务实、真抓实干,艰苦奋斗、勤劳俭朴,爱岗敬业、无私奉献,与时俱进、开拓创新等精神特质。她们事业发展的成功经验启示人们:农村妇女事业发展必须坚持党的全面领导、紧跟时代发展步伐、强化妇女综合素质、立足农村社会现实、彰显妇女独特作用。In the new era,a number of successful model women have sprung up in the rural areas,who are mainly divided into different fields,i.e.production and operation,political leadership,cultural inheritance,social construction,and ecological governance.Their deeds are abundant and colorful,representing their love for the country,the Party and the rural areas.They are practical,hard-working,industrious and frugal;they are ready to help others and selfless;they seek improvement and innovation.The successful experience of their career development reveals that the development of rural women’s career development must adhere to the overall leadership of the Party,keep pace with the development of the times,strengthen the comprehensive quality of women,and highlight the unique role played by women based on the realities of rural society.
