摘　　要：应用型高校基于BIM技术的人才培养面临众多困难亟待解决,如何有效提升学生的实践能力和创新思维关系着专业的持续发展和就业人才的培养质量,需要开拓思路,寻求创新。在校企合作背景下基于职业导师制的BIM技术人才培养,在一定程度上增强了学生学习BIM相关软件的兴趣和主动性,提高了学生的操作能力和解决问题的综合能力。Applied based on BIM technology talent cultivation in colleges and universities is facing many difculties need to solve,how to effectively improve the students'practical ability and innovative thinking relationship with the sustainable development of professional and employment personnel training quality,to develop ideas,seek innovation,under the background of university-enterprise cooperation based on the BIM technology talented person's raise professional tutorial system,To some extent,it enhances students'interest and initiative in learning BIM related software,and improves their operation ability of BIM technology and comprehensive ability to solve problems.
