摘　　要：进入二十一世纪以来,在我国经济大发展大繁荣的背景下,医疗事业得到了长足的进步。现阶段医院的基础设施不断得以被完善,医疗质量也得到了显著的提升。随着人们支付能力的提升,对于护理质量也提出了越来越高层面的要求。急诊科由于其特殊性,护士发生职业暴露的概率较之其他科室会更高。因而为了降低医院护士职业暴露实践发生的概率,就应对急诊科护士职业暴露的原因进行探寻,并寻求适宜的应对措施。文章对山东第一医科大学附属莱钢医院急诊科发生过职业暴露的护理人员进行了全面的调查,进而对职业暴露产生的原因进行了全面的探寻,并形成了较为完善的预防职业暴露的体系。急诊科护士出现职业暴露的原因通常不是单一的,而是复合的,这其中既包括物理因素也包括损伤因素。文章通过对急诊科护士职业暴露的原因进行揭示,力求不断降低急诊科护士发生职业暴露的概率,维护急诊科护士的健康。Since the beginning of the 21st century,under the background of my country’s economic development and prosperity,the medical industry has made considerable progress.At this stage,the hospital’s infrastructure has been continuously improved,and the quality of medical care has also been significantly improved.With the improvement of people’s ability to pay,higher and higher levels of requirements are also put forward for the quality of care.Due to the particularity of the emergency department,the probability of occupational exposure for nurses is higher than that of other departments.Therefore,in order to reduce the probability of occupational exposure of hospital nurses,the causes of occupational exposure of emergency department nurses should be explored,and appropriate countermeasures should be sought.This article conducts a comprehensive survey of nurses who have experienced occupational exposure in the emergency department of Laigang Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University,and then comprehensively explores the causes of occupational exposure,and forms a relatively complete system for preventing occupational exposure.The reasons for occupational exposure of emergency nurses are usually not single,but compound,which includes both physical factors and injury factors.This article reveals the causes of occupational exposure of emergency department nurses,and strives to continuously reduce the probability of occupational exposure of emergency department nurses,and maintain the health of emergency department nurses.
