肾脏疾病患者的生化免疫指标改变情况及对诊治的作用

摘　　要：目的观察肾脏疾病患者的生化免疫指标改变情况及对诊治的作用。方法将2020年1月—2021年3月间海安市人民医院收治的100例肾脏疾病患者纳为研究病例,以患者病情轻重程度为参考划分为对照组、研究组,其中对照组(轻度)有63例患者,研究组(重度)有37例患者;对照组行免疫检查,研究组行生化免疫检查,对比两组患者检查的准确率;另以同期于海安市人民医院接受体检的50例健康者构成健康组,对比分析三组生化免疫指标。结果研究组检查准确率为94.59%,对照组检查准确率为76.19%,两组数据对比组间可见差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与健康组比较,对照组、研究组的肌酐、尿酸、尿素以及白蛋白较高,补体C3、补体C4较低,即组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的肌酐、白蛋白高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾脏疾病患者通过生化免疫检查可准确反映其肾脏受损情况、免疫情况,有利于检查者更好地对其病情进行判断,降低漏诊、误诊风险,为后期治疗提供有价值参考。Objective Observed the changes of biochemical and immune indicators of kidney disease and its effect on diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with kidney disease admitted to Hai’an People’s Hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were included as study cases.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group based on the severity of their illness.Among them,there were 63 patients in the control group(mild)and 37 patients in the study group(severe);the control group was underwent immunological examination and the study group was underwent biochemical immunological examination to compare the accuracy of the examinations between the two groups;another 50 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in Hai’an People’s Hospital during the same period as the healthy group,the three groups of biochemical and immune indicators were compared and analyzed.Results The inspection accuracy rate of the research group was 94.59%,and the inspection accuracy rate of the control group was 76.19%,and there was a significant statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with healthy group,creatinine,uric acid,urea and albumin were higher in the control group and the study group,and complement C3 and C4 were lower,that was,the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The creatinine and albumin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The biochemical and immunological examination of patients with kidney disease can accurately reflect their kidney damage and immune status,which is helpful for examiners to better judge their condition,reduce the risk of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and provide valuable reference for later treatment.
