骨科康复护理在髋关节置换术后的临床应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)患者行骨科康复护理的效果。方法数据取自东莞市人民医院2019年12月—2020年12月收治的100例THA患者,应用“随机数字表法”分传统组(传统护理,n=50)、康复组(骨科康复护理,n=50),比较两组护理效果。结果术前比较髋关节功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后与传统组比较,康复组Harris评分更高;与传统组比较,康复组康复6个月、康复12个月时检测缓激肽(bradykinin,BK)、前列腺素E2(prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)及神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)指标更低,下床活动、尿管拔除及住院时间更短,住院费用更低;康复组满意率(96.00%)高于传统组(80.00%),χ^(2)=4.6402,P=0.0312,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科康复护理能提高此病的护理效果、促进术后恢复,值得推崇。Objective To study the effect of orthopedic rehabilitation nursing for patients with total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods Data were collected from a total of 100 THA patients admitted to Dongguan People’s Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020.The“random number table method”was used to divide the patients into the traditional group(traditional nursing,n=50)and the rehabilitation group(orthopedic rehabilitation nursing,n=50),compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results There was no difference in hip joint function before operation(P>0.05).After operation,compared with the traditional group,Harris score in the rehabilitation group was higher,compared with the traditional group,the index of bradykinin(BK),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)in the rehabilitation group at 6 months and 12 months after rehabilitation were lower,the ambulation activity,urinary catheter removal and hospitalization time were shorter,and the hospitalization cost was lower;the satisfaction rate of the rehabilitation group(96.00%)was higher than that of the traditional group(80.00%),χ2=4.6402,P=0.0312,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthopedic rehabilitation nursing can improve the nursing effect of this disease and promote postoperative recovery,which is worthy of praise.
