摘 要:研究了低介电玻璃纤维在去离子水中的腐蚀行为;分析了阳离子浸出量、表面形貌和结构;分别用ICP、SEM和FTIR测量了低介电玻璃纤维重量损失和拉伸强度变化。研究结果表明:低介电玻璃纤维在去离子水中的质量和强度损失较低,其失重和强度损失动力学方程符合指数形式方程;低介电玻璃纤维在去离子水中析出Na和Ca;而Si、B和Al的析出量很少;低介电玻璃纤维和去离子水相互作用时,其腐蚀行为主要由离子交换所控制。The corrosion behavior of low dielectric glass fiber in deionized water was studied.Leaching of cations,surface morphologies and structure of the low dielectric glass fiber before and after corrosion were investigated by ICP,SEM and FTIR respectively.Both the change of mass and tensile strength of the low dielectric glass fiber were measured.The results showed that the mass loss and strength loss of low dielectric glass fiber in deionized water were low,and the kinetic equations of mass loss and strength loss were in exponential form.Na and Ca were the main elements leached from the low dielectric glass fiber in deionized water,while leached Si,B and Al were few.When the low dielectric glass fiber interacted with deionized water,its corrosion behavior was mainly controlled by ion exchange.
