摘  要:通过浸润剂优化,开发出高性能无捻玻璃纤维粗纱960A。分别挤出共混制成988A和960A增强尼龙回料(PA6/PA66)的GF/PA回料复合材料,采用偏光显微镜、力学性能测试等方法表征复合材料的干态性能。结果表明:960A增强尼龙回料的力学性能比988A更好。Through the optimization of the sizing agent,960A high performance glass fiber roving was developed.GF/PA composites were made by extruding recycled Nylon(PA6/PA66)reinforced with 988A and 960A respectively.The dry state properties of the composites were characterized by means of polarized light microscope and testing of mechanical properties.The results showed that the mechanical properties of 960A reinforced recycled Nylon were better than those of 988A reinforced one.
